Policies

  • Payment is due the first lesson of each month by cash or check and given directly to your Happy Mom Music teacher. YMCA students pay online through the YMCA site.
  • The monthly payment should include payment for the number of lessons you plan to have that month, as well as any applicable book, recital, instrument rental or testing fees.
  • Address checks to Happy Mom Music.
  • Lessons not paid by the 15th of the month will result in a $15 late fee. (Exceptions will be made for new or returning students starting lessons mid-month.)
  • All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule or credit the lesson. No exceptions are made to this policy.
  • All returned checks will result in a $25.00 fee.
  • One free 30-minute lesson will always be awarded as a thank you for referring a new student to any Happy Mom Music teacher. The free lesson will be awarded after the new student begins regular classes.
